The basics
What you need to know.
Same corner. Every day.
Most trucks make you chase them — check the schedule, check the app, hope you got it right. We're at the 76 on 116th. We were here yesterday. We'll be here tomorrow. Nine in the morning to nine at night, six days a week. There's shade and there are tables.
Seven meats.
Asada. Chicken. Carnitas. Al pastor. Cabeza. Lengua. Tripa. Most places stop after the first four — the ones everybody already knows how to order. We keep the rest on the board because the people who want them shouldn't have to drive to Seattle for them.
The mild is not mild.
We're telling you up front so you can't say nobody warned you.
Fourteen plates.
A truck this size has no business running a menu this long. Burritos, tortas, enchiladas, sopes, mulitas, milanesa, chorizo con huevo, a plate of carne asada that comes out on a real plate. We do it anyway.
